My Story...



It's great to meet you! Thanks for stopping by to check out my bakery! 

I am a Port Orchard native and this community is where I grew up, graduated from high school (Go Wolves!) and have lived most of my life. I'm a classically trained Pastry Chef and my favorite things to make are bread, and anything with sugar! I'm happily married to the love of my life and I'm proud to call this beautiful town home.

Now for the good stuff...being a Pastry Chef has been a dream of mine since I can remember so I got serious about pursuing it and now here we are! 

Let me tell you about my training and my future goals!

  • Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts (Professional Pastry Arts)

    • Best Pastry School in the USA​

    • President's Award recipient for entire duration

  • Art Institute of Seattle (Baking & Pastry Arts)

  • Proud Member of the American Culinary Federation

    • Actively pursuing Master Pastry Chef status​ (there's only about 25 women Master Pastry Chefs in the country!)


My passion is desserts! I am a huge foodie and I find true joy in absolutely everything I create. Serving others is where my heart is and I love to experiment with recipes and flavors. The possibilities are truly endless!
